WordWrapt Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using the WordWrapt website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Memberships & Automatic Billing

- The "Daily Bread" Subscription: By signing up for a monthly membership, you authorize WordWrapt to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your Customer Portal or by emailing [Insert Email]. To avoid the next month’s charge, cancellation must be completed at least three (3) business days before your renewal date.

-Refund Policy: Due to the digital and spiritual nature of our daily content, monthly membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

3. Third-Party Payment Processing (Stripe)

- Limited Liability: All financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe. You acknowledge that WordWrapt does not store or see your full credit card information.

- Safe Harbor: You agree that WordWrapt is not liable for any security breaches, unauthorized charges, or technical failures occurring within Stripe’s systems. Any legal disputes regarding payment data must be directed solely to Stripe.

4. SMS & Communication (A2P Compliance)

- Consent: By providing your mobile number, you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (including Daily Bible Verses and Marketing).

- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies.-

- Opt-Out: You can opt-out at any time by texting STOP. For support, text HELP.

5. Intellectual Property & Art Ownership

- Copyright: All art, designs, and "Living Word" transformations on this Site are the intellectual property of WordWrapt and its founder.

- Usage: Your purchase of a physical print or digital membership grants you a personal license for use. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute WordWrapt designs for commercial purposes without express written consent.

6. Custom Art Sessions

- Collaboration: Custom sessions are a collaborative spiritual process. WordWrapt reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with our mission.

- Refunds on Custom Work: Because custom art is created uniquely for your story, these orders are non-refundable once the design process has begun.

7. Limitation of Liability Our art and messages are created for encouragement and discipleship. WordWrapt content is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice. Under no circumstances shall WordWrapt be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latah County.
